COLTS SACK FINS 18-12
Jarvis Landry makes a 4th quarter catch but the Dolphins lose yet again
The embarrassment of being a Dolphin fan was best expressed on the last play of the game. Sure there were plenty of other moments to feel ashamed about. The safety given up by Tannehill. The way the Dolphins defenders missed tackles as an aged Frank Gore ran over them for a 37 yard TD romp. The blown opportunities in the red zone especially when Tannehill threw a stupid interception in the end zone. And stupid penalties that cost them possessions and opportunities. But the last play was the doozie. The epic fail of the season. With a mere 20 seconds left in the game Ryan Tannehill drove the team down within striking distance. It came down to a 4th down play. If Miami scores a touchdown they win. If they fail, they lose the game. This is when the ridiculous appeared. When the ball is snapped half of the offensive line blows the snap count and never rises up and plays. The result is that the Colts defenders arrived at the quarterback about the same time as the ball and sack Tannehill. How in the hell do you blow a snap count on that play at that moment? There are no words to describe how bad this team is. From the coach to the players. This season can not end soon enough for this Dolphins fan.
